Summary

Opportunity to play a key role in a growing company focused on serving and building relationships. We are looking for a strong sales team leader committed to developing new business and maintaining existing clients.

This role includes traditional sales activities like prospecting, setting sales appointments, identifying client needs, and preparing proposals while utilizing a consultative approach.

Requirements  (day to day activities)

  • Identify potential clients and opportunities to grow
  • Build strong client relationships and establish a faithful client network
  • Consult with clients to understand needs and requirements
  • Estimate costs for commercial HVAC installation, repair, and construction projects
  • Generate client proposals based on the project’s technical specifications and requirements
  • Document activities and convey information to the rest of the team
  • Follow up on on-going projects and maintain continuous customer contact at all levels, especially with management/decision-makers
  • Provide continuous market feedback on competition & technology
  • Manage the client experience by effectively communicating with other team members
  • Provide input and help develop the marketing strategy and specific account plans
  • Convey a positive image of the company and promote it in all job duties and functions
