Oklahoma Chiller’s Culture: Using HVAC to Touch Lives

It’s a mechanical business, but Oklahoma Chiller’s culture has humanized the HVAC industry, making it our mission to affect people in the most positive way possible by investing in their lives. From top to bottom, everyone on the Oklahoma Chiller team shares this philosophy.

President and Founder of Oklahoma Chiller, John Claybourn explains how the culture originated, “About 3 or 4 years ago we started getting intentional about our culture and defining our culture – and that culture is based on people.”

Our culture has evolved to ensure we bless our employees, their families, our customers, our vendors, our community and everyone we come into contact with. Senior Client Consultant, Todd Edwards put it best, “people need a vessel to do good and in this business we use heating and air conditioning to touch other people’s lives.”

As a company, we strive everyday to live by our kingdom purpose and values. This shared mindset is what makes up our company culture as well as allows us to provide high quality service to our customers.
